Gasoline Additives
Complete Fuel System Cleaner for Motorcycles
Based on the popular and proven SI-1 Complete Fuel System Cleaner, this 4oz bottle is scaled for use in the motorcycle
application. Simply pour one bottle into a street bike, dirt bike, ATV, or PWC for quick clean-up and let its
concentrated detergents clean your carburetor(s) or fuel injectors, fuel lines, tank, and related components. This
product goes beyond conventional detergents, providing a chemical package not found in pump gas, race fuel, or
traditional additive products. Complete Fuel System Cleaner for Motorcycles is compatible with both pump gas and race
fuel, also performing in pre-mixed or injected two-stroke applications. It contains intense, high-temp detergents for
cleaning deposits on intake valve and combustion chambers to reduce octane demand and regain lost power and improve
fuel economy, This product also lubricates the upper cylinder, helps prevent detonation, cleans emission control systems
(safe for the latest catalytic converters and sensors), helps eliminate hesitation and stalling, and works to prevent
fouled plugs. The recommended dosage is 1 bottle per tank for quick cleanup. This concentrated product can also be used
regularly in small doses as preventative maintenance.
SI-1 Complete Fuel System Cleaner
SI-1's injector and valve detergent is a concentrated package of the most powerful high-temperature detergents available
to clean gasoline fuel injectors or carburetors, intake valves and combustion chambers and can clean injectors to nearly
100% efficiency in one treatment. The cleansing effect on injector deposits can raise fuel economy approximately 12% or
even greater, depending on the condition of the injectors. SI-1 also contains detergents and a synthetic upper cylinder
lubricant which will help clean pollution control valves and can reduce octane requirements by two numbers. SI-1 also
protects the fuel system from rust. Use one bottle with a full tank or use in smaller doses for continued maintenance,
as SI-1 treats up to 100 gallons. Safe for continual use.
Water Remover & Antifreeze
Designed to actually remove water from a diesel or gasoline fuel system. It also works to significantly reduce the
freezing point of water in the fuel system. Disperses equal amounts of water in fuel and reduces the freeze point of an
equal amount of water to 0ºF. Treats 250 gallons and can be used in gasoline or diesel fuel. Also provides excellent
fuel lubrication in diesel and gasoline engines.
Lead Substitute
Prevents valve seat recession in vehicles designed to use leaded fuels. Red Line Lead Substitute prolongs the useful life
of these engines, cleans carburetor deposits and injectors and will not damage catalytic converters. For racing, marine
or off-road use only.
Diesel Fuel Additives
RED LINE® Diesel Fuel Additives promote better fuel combustion and fuel system lubrication. They provide faster ignition,
reduce detonation, reduce smoke, and improve engine efficiency. Extremely powerful high-temperature detergents clean fuel
injectors. Lubricants significantly lengthen injector and pump life and reduce ring friction which is very important for
today's low-sulfur fuel. Both Red Line Diesel Fuel Catalyst and 85 Plus are available as a winterized version which will
reduce the pour point of a typical fuel by 25°F.
Diesel Fuel Catalyst
Contains powerful high temperature detergents, lubricants and a combustion catalyst. This catalyst reduces smoke dramatically,
reduces detonation, and improves fuel economy 4-8% based on fleet and dyno tests. The lubricants can reduce wear in low sulfur
fuel by 75%, prolonging injector and fuel pump life. Corrosion inhibitors will help prevent rust and corrosion. This diesel
fuel additive complies with the federal low sulfur content requirements for use in diesel motor vehicles and nonroad engines.
85 Plus
Designed for use in all diesel engines. Contains extremely powerful lubricants, detergents, seal conditioners, fuel stabilizers
and rust preventatives, but without smoke suppressant. Red Line 85 Plus contains additional cetane improvers which boost the fuel
5-9 cetane numbers and additional lubricants which reduce wear in low sulfur fuel by 75%. This improvement in lubricity and cetane
will reduce detonation, assist starting, help reduce smoking, help prevent fuel system wear and leakage and can provide 5%
additional power and efficiency. This diesel fuel additive complies with the federal low sulfur content requirements for use in
diesel motor vehicles and nonroad engines.
RL-2 Diesel Ignition Improver
Red Line's most concentrated diesel product for commercial applications, RL-2 Diesel Ignition Improver cleans and lubricates
injectors, pumps, and rings while improving efficiency up to 5%. Only 15oz of RL-2 treats up to 300 gallons, making it a convenient
for trucking pros and commercial fleet operators to add one bottle at fill up. Fleet customers and agricultural users add one gallon
of RL-2 to treat 2600 gallons or add a 5-gallon pail to treat 13,000 gallons. A winterized version is also available. Since fuel
companies produce different types of less-efficient diesel in colder regions and seasons, Winterized RL-2 uses pour-point reducers
to combat these fuel-ecomomy losses and helps to keep the common wax buildup in suspension. It actually reduces the size and structure
of the crystals that form in cold weather (in addition to the product benfits of regular RL-2), allowing for fuel to continue to pass
through filters and injectors. One gallon treats up to 850 gallons of diesel fuel, while a 5-gallon pail treats 4250 gallons. This diesel
fuel additive complies with the federal low sulfur content requirements for use in diesel motor vehicles and nonroad engines.
RL-3 Diesel Combustion Improver
Similar to RL-2, this product also contains a Cetane booster. This diesel fuel additive complies with the federal low sulfur content
requirements for use in diesel motor vehicles and nonroad engines.
RL Anti-Gel
This unique product is important for diesel operation in extremely cold climates, improving low-temperature operation of diesel
engines and helping to prevent gelling and freezing. When a diesel engine must be shut off as short as one extremely cold or
unseasonable night, a gel than can form on the bottom of a fuel tank (where the fuel pick up is located). If this gel immediately
captured at start up, cold start issues and mechanical failure can arise--this product will help to keep the crystalization in
suspension to avoid plugging filters on start-up. One 15oz bottle gallon of RL Anti-Gel treats 200 gallons, while one gallon treats
up to 850 gallons of diesel fuel. This diesel fuel additive complies with the federal low sulfur content requirements for use in diesel
motor vehicles and nonroad engines.
Cooling System Additives
WaterWetter®
WaterWetter® is a unique wetting agent for cooling systems which reduces coolant temperatures by as much as 30ºF. This liquid product
can be used to provide rust and corrosion protection in plain water for racing engines, which provides much better heat transfer properties
than glycol-based antifreeze. Or it can be added to new or used antifreeze to improve the heat transfer of ethylene and propylene glycol
systems. Designed for modern aluminum, cast iron, copper, brass and bronze systems. Compatible with all antifreezes, including the latest
long-life variations.
Diesel Water Wetter®
Same improvements in cooling efficiency as Water Wetter®, but without the rust and corrosion inhibitors. Designed for heavy-duty diesel
engines which use more than 33% antifreeze. Its cooling system heat transfer agent for use with antifreeze / water solutions improves
the ability of coolant to wet heat transfer surfaces by 50%. This provides significantly better coolant contact in the cylinder head and
can reduce coolant and cylinder head temperature by as much as 10-20°F. This product will not lower the temperature of the cooling system
below the thermostat temperature and will be effective when the thermostat is wide open, such as heavy traffic of climbing long grades.
This improvement in wetting helps reduce cavitation in liners and water pump.
